Returning RE Investor in Utah

Hello BP community. My wife and I are returning to RE investment after about 2 years since our last property. We have experience in buying, building, managing and flipping. All this was in Arizona. Currently I have a W2 job in IT where I have been very successful. The last 8 years in IT I have been in hardware and software sales for a major company. I travel a lot for work which gives me the ability to network around the west coast. I like what I do but I believe that RE is what is going to take me to the next level.

We have lived in Salt Lake area of Utah for 4 years now and want to get back into the RE investment business. We did pretty well in Arizona but due to some health problems with our children we divested in most of it back in 2007 to focus on diagnosing and helping our children. Now that things are settled at home we are excited to get back into RE investments. I wish we had this kind of community back when we were getting started.

I have been listening to all the podcasts and reading a lot. There is so much great information in each episode. Being new in Utah I don't have access yet to a wholesaler, but we have capital. I am working with a contractor that I know and trust from Arizona that recently moved here. I look forward to sharing ideas with each of you and helping each other out to be successful.
