Hello family!

I am looking to jump into multi family buy and hold value add in the above mentioned areas (in the subject field).

I have worked in finance my entire short 5 year career - first focused on the markets with Goldman Sachs and now focused on real estate with CBRE, focusing specifically on affordable housing and the tax credits. I currently live in Seattle, but due to some unfortunate family events am looking to move back to Utah shortly. I am hoping to receive guidance, criticisms, networking and hopefully leads.

I have technical experience, capital and commitment to offer - but would like to expand upon these attributes and connect with someone who has actually done some thing in this space. I am humble, know that I have a lot to learn, and have realized that you don't have to pass through point B to go from A to C. I would like to learn and apply.

Thank you for listening to me ramble and I look forward to connecting and growing together.

Best,

Jared
