I am looking at an investment company called THE RENFORD GROUP LLC, has anyone done business with them?

They claim to make large profit margins flipping houses, which they use investors money to fund and then give very good returns to investors. Almost sounds too good to be true!

I looking for feedback from anyone who has had (or currently is having) experiences with investing in THE RENFORD GROUP LLC.

I am a fellow Yooper (grew up in Marquette and moved away in 1983) who currently lives in Iowa. What area of the UP are you located?

I too am very new to this website and want to learn and earn!

As an investment I purchased 20 acres on Lake Superior 10 miles outside of Marquette MI on Shot Point Dr in March of 2014. I am looking for innovative ways to best use this property to make a profit (it has 1100 feet of Lake Frontage with a Western view of sunsets and Marquette but wetland issues that need to be resolved). I have been sitting on it until this year to avoid the short term capital gains taxes as your pay long term capital gains after 2 years (my current tax bracket is too high to give all that money to the government). Do you have any Ideas for this property?

I am also looking to invest in other types of income generating investments, mainly in the Marquette area but would consider other areas within the beautiful UP ( I love the Porkies area)!

I am doing this part time now but plan to retire withing 4 years and want to build a portfolio for generating income for my retirement (and maybe a continuing business after I retire from my Engineering job). 

Any ideas on partnering to help us both accomplish our financial goals?

I am looking for advice about purchasing Tax liens in the state of Iowa. 

I live in Linn county and want to get information on how to invest in Tax Liens.

We own nearly 20 acres of land on Lake Superior with 1100 feet of lake frontage (1000 ft of rock beach and 100 ft of sand beach!

Located 10 miles East of Marquette MI on Shot Point Drive, end of the road Cul-de-sac, with a western view of both sunsets and the city of Marquette!

We are interested in developing this property and/or dividing into up to 4 lots with/without lake frontage (County will allow splitting into up to 4 properties).

Also willing to discuss a trade for Marquette property (house, Condo, Apt complex, etc...)
