We own nearly 20 acres of land on Lake Superior with 1100 feet of lake frontage (1000 ft of rock beach and 100 ft of sand beach!

Located 10 miles East of Marquette MI on Shot Point Drive, end of the road Cul-de-sac, with a western view of both sunsets and the city of Marquette!

We are interested in developing this property and/or dividing into up to 4 lots with/without lake frontage (County will allow splitting into up to 4 properties).
