Yes they are! They also do property management, but have good handymen to do repairs on rentals (and other properties too).

@Manmath D. If you need someone local to help, let me know. I don’t know any investor-friendly GCs, but I do know some subs/handymen if you need them.

@Elaine Petty I think all the restrictions are based off municipality, not state-wide. Like was mentioned, search AirBnB for properties in the area you are looking to operate in, as that will be a good indicator of their legality.

I have 4 AirBnB cabins but I’m in the boondocks here in south-central WV so no municipality to deal with.

Lewisburg will always have a good investment market because of the WVSOM - school of osteopathic medicine. I know med students are always looking for apartments.

Best options in lewisburg are probably student housing, scrape-and-build, new multifamily, or flips.
