West Virginia AirBnB

Have there been any restrictions in West Virginia on STR? Specifically the panhandle. Are units still being rented?

Quote from @Timothy Doenges:

@Elaine Petty I think all the restrictions are based off municipality, not state-wide. Like was mentioned, search AirBnB for properties in the area you are looking to operate in, as that will be a good indicator of their legality.

I have 4 AirBnB cabins but I’m in the boondocks here in south-central WV so no municipality to deal with.

 Hey Tim,

I see so much potential in WV- Any places you recomend close to a big city or a national/state park. Love to do some rehabs in the area even for a buy and hold.
