Hud Tenant Experiences
Hello, new investor here in West Virginia. I have been reading, listening, and running numbers for a few months now. I am ready and eager to close on my first property, and I do believe one has caught my eye. But one of the tenants is a HUD tenant that has been there for quite some time, and would like to stay. Has anyone had experience with HUD tenants? Good or bad?

This tenant has been there for over 20 years, so I am hoping that is a good sign! Thank you @Timothy Doenges
