How did you find your property? Inventory seems to be a little tight especially in that area.

Wish I could make it, but with 3 kids a night out on a weeknight is next to impossible 😩. I’d like to know what you think will be the next area to transition in Chattanooga. I have heard some rumors about East Ridge and the Glass Farm District. Any thoughts?

East ridge is definitely on the upswing. We have flipped 3 houses there in the last 6 months and hear good things from the city. They are making an effort to change the perception.

Welcome. We have been investing in Chattanoga for over 10 years now. Still has good opportunity.
