I have been investing in Chattanooga, TN for over 10 years and have used multiple Realtors with mixed results.

So after much debate I decided to get my Realtors license. I am already seeing the benefits. I can see houses when I want, and already have one under contract that will be my first commission. Nice to get paid for buying my own deals! I am also looking forward to helping other investors in the Chattanooga area.

Hi Josh,

I just turned in my agent paperwork for the KW office downtown as well. I have invested in SFH for about 10 years and wanted more access and opportunity to the Chattanooga market. I would be glad to help in any way. Give me a call sometime. 423-364-0028.

I have been compiling a list from craigslist of the rental properties in my Chattanooga zipcode. 156 SFH propeties. It contains property address, # bed and bath, rents. I want to get the property owners name and mailing address and send them a letter about buying their property. I am trying to find the most efficient way to do this. I could go to the county tax site and find the info. but inputing the data is time consuming. Then I need to find a way to do a mail merge with the info. The goal is to introduce myself to these landlords and see if they have any interest in selling either now or in the future. I want them to call me when they are ready to sell.
