Looks a bit similar to Nashville. Are all those apartments they are trying to lease up Class A? Nashville hit it's max for tenants qualified for higher end apartments. The tenant demand has definitely settled down across all classes in this market. Developers overbuilt and even banks are hesitant now.

Interesting to see where it goes. Just purchased 4 units on the South side, which is my first Chatt endeavor.
