Bryan,
I use two spreadsheets to track my spending/bills/investments. One spreadsheet lists the monthly expenses and another tab on the spreadsheets list my income and investments.

The other spreadsheet I use I found on a website that I'm subscribed to (The Eventual Millionaire - Jaime Tardy). I was getting frustrated recently as my wife started working after a year off due to pregnancy. I was wondering where all our money went every month. This spreadsheet you just type in where you spend your money for each month. This way I can see where our money is going.

I've never had an urge to use Mint.com.

Greg, upon first look the deal looked great. I'm sure someone will buy it or the seller changes his terms.

Welcome Kathryn! I'm originally from Philly and plan to buy a few investments there one of these days.

Hi Saul! Good meeting you. I didn't know there was a unit at Baton Rouge.

Hi Natalie! I really need to visit other areas around Louisiana. With two kids it's a little hard. Exploring new places is a little hard since we well into a routine taking them to the Alexandria zoo or Shreveport Sci-port center.

Thank you Greg.

That's really great to hear Rich Weese! I looked at your profile and really impressed. I guess I better finish reading the book.

Thank you David Wedemire. I've gotten so used to moving every few years since I tend to get bored at a location. I figure once I do settle down in an area it'll make my real estate investing a little easier. I won't have to figure out the area, look for new realtor (s), home inspector, etc.
