Hi everyone! I'm Kathryn, from the western suburbs of Philadelphia. I'm just out of college and looking to start investing in real estate. Currently I'm 100% engineer & 0% investor, but I'd eventually like to flip flop those and do this full time. My main interests are wholesale & lease options. I'm really looking forward to all the great advice from people on here!
