I had to put this together for the sake of future or existing JVs.

I'd love to chat about the structures I put together.

Please give open feedback on how you feel about any section, the percentages, the responsibilities, and even about the way I phrased the descriptions!

Thanks!

Yea... Probably time to put the next one on the calendar.

I'll do a little presentation on wholesaling this next time.

Maybe do it on a Thursday evening?

@Aly W. This was an old post! ha

You could do a collections agency, but on the other hand, would it be worth spending more money into collecting when you may not even get it back?

Food for thought, but best of luck to you!

@Robert Leonard Yea I read a little bit about that, but I figured it was pertaining to using any of the recordings as evidence in the court?

Is it illegal in some states to record conversations without telling all parties when the recording is only for training purposes internally?

(I know big companies say, "This call may be recorded for training purposes.")

PS Team America was such a dumb, but funny movie. I remember watching it in the theaters with a few of my buddies.

I want to be able to record calls for myself and allow my VAs to record their calls.

I am able to receive Google Voice Calls on my PC through Google Hangout, BUT the #4 button doesn't allow me to record directly through my computer for whatever reason... It does on my phone.

When I hit #4 on my phone it announces on the phone that the call is being recorded... which I also don't want to do.

What I want is > A button to hit on my computer that automagically records My Audio through the built in PC mic and the caller through Google Hangout.

I'm open to alternatives.

Thanks!

@Manny Cirino There wouldn't be a downpayment.

@Shawn Holsapple I'm getting tired of the eastside of indy.... So many bad areas.

@Rodney Kuhl and I just sent out our first direct mail campaign based on 300+ driving for dollar houses. Already got two calls today ha

I feel like I'm about done with bandit signs... THOUGH I did get my first deal which earned me $7k on one. I guess it's worth posting them up still.

See ya Thursday. (Wednesday if you're going to wholesale houses event)

@Andrew Syrios I'm thinking of buying it myself. Not wholesaling it.

@Shawn Holsapple It's off Denny just north of Christian park.

The owner is motivated and owns four of these type of duplexes.

It's the only way she is going to be able to get out from under them.

I'm thinking, if she was able to hold them and make money for this long then why should I be able to?
