Post: Bandit Signs: Who's Using Them? Have They Caused Trouble?

I'm interested in using bandit signs to advertise as a real estate agent. I've read into and have come across conflicting information on if they're legal or not. Does anyone use them? Have they caused you any issues or fines? One article said to talk with property owners to ask if I can set them out. What about public areas like street intersections? Any tips or advice is much appreciated.

Disregard, I now understand them be illegal in most counties.

Hi @Samantha B. - At the time I lived in Detroit, and therefore it would've been owner occupied. So I'm not sure if it's a requirement. Their website has a lot of hopeful information that was my first stop in learning about the process. If you're interested, I can recommend a loan officer at one of the program's participating banks who could assist with understanding the DHM financing.

Hi - I'm looking for a handyman, do you have any recommendations? What was you experience like with him or her and what project(s) did they complete?

I'm also open to company recommendations for electrical, plumbing and HVAC.

Thank you!

I think that's a good idea. That's episode 297 today and I believe they'll be releasing a new one Thursday. This will be my first meeting and after seeing how it goes I can better offer what I deem to be impactful ideas.
