This is my first time using the deal analysis calculator on a fix and flip and I'm not sure why my numbers are coming out weird. It saids that my purchase price is (-$121,346,000.00) when I entered purchase price at $175,000. I can't figure out what I did wrong. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Daniel, your flip looks great! I'm looking to do a flip in Atlanta and my issue with my first house that I purchased was dealing with bad contractors. I never completed that flip because a huge tree fell on the house and I sold it as is… my question is did you do the work on your house yourself and do you know of any reliable contractors you can refer me to?
