Hey everyone,

My Name is Kevin and I've been involved in flips as a contractor in Northern California for several years.  We recently relocated to Idaho about a year ago and now I want to get started doing this on my own.  I've already done a ton of research and I'm already ready to put in my first offers.  The great thing about Real Estate investing is that it doesn't matter where you live there are deals out there.  I'm hoping to do this in several markets within the next year.
