I’m getting mixed signals on what the average rates are today for owner financing. Some say 8-9% since conventional financing is still low, others (who currently owner finance in my area) say 10-12%.

Looking for anyone who’s done an owner finance deal within the past +/- 6 months. Ideally in the DFW area. What rates are you charging today? Thank you!
