Today’s owner financing rates

I’m getting mixed signals on what the average rates are today for owner financing. Some say 8-9% since conventional financing is still low, others (who currently owner finance in my area) say 10-12%.

Looking for anyone who’s done an owner finance deal within the past +/- 6 months. Ideally in the DFW area. What rates are you charging today? Thank you!

There's no such thing as an average rate of interest on a seller financing deal. I did 3 recently in my market, two of them were at 0% interest and the third was at 3% interest only. It's all in your negotiation and your deal structure. I'd suggest learning some creative deal structuring. Then the sky is the limit.
