Wanted to bump this thread and see if anyone else has invested in Catskill? I just purchased a unique property in Catskill and would love to hear from others.

I'm Mitch's partner in this transaction. We are curious if you have any thoughts on mobile homes in New York state. We understand there are more rules and regulations within the state. If you have any details or advice as to how we should think about our risks and what we could potentially do to mitigate them, that would be very helpful.

Hey Bryan - welcome. I listened to the podcast for years before getting started... but finally have a few under my belt. Just have to jump in. I'm from NJ, live in NYC and invest in Philadelphia.

Multifamily BRRRRs would certainly be nice! Good luck finding some deals! I've been looking for those as well. We recently purchased a 6-unit that could use some work and rents are well below market.
