New Investor from Philadelphia, PA

My name’s Bryan, I currently live in Philadelphia and I’m very new to the forums and real estate investing. I am currently one of the managing partners of a management consulting firm that focuses on digital transformation. I have been fortunate to find some success in that business but I am very interesting in diving into real estate investing and gaining some more hands on experience. I’ve been a long time listener of the podcast but realized you can only listen so much before you just need to start. 

I'm not sure what type of investment strategy I'll find to be the best fit for me, but I have been pretty interested in the multi-family BRRRR strategy as well as potentially getting into property flips.

Looking to hopefully find some Philadelphia/Eastern PA networking opportunities as well as opportunities in NJ where I am originally from. Looking forward to becoming more involved in this great online community!
