What is Dun & BradStreet how is it beneficial?

Hi guys! Ok so I made my LLC in real-estate, opened my business bank account. Now I am researching net 30 accounts. I am ready to build my business credit without using my personal credit b/c I am buying my first fha and dnt want any other ties for now towards my first home. Do anyone deal with any great net 30 60 or 90 account who reports to Dun & Bradstreet for a low cost?

Are there any Bankers who favor real estate investors? I just made my llc and is wondering who should I create my bank account with.

I have a car I just brought unrelated to my very first LLC I have recently created. I haven't even registered the car. However I am thinking, obtaining an asset under my LLC is a great kick start. Although it's fairly new and I will not be able to provide bank statements nor a source of income. Would it be possible to do so? Maybe I should wait until I am more established, register the car in my personal name then gift myself ?
