@Kerry Baird well I know a few pros to having a piggy back loan

1) tax deductibles

2) no PMI

3) the ability to get a home equity line of credit (HELOC)

The only con I know is the interest

@Kerry Baird Is piggy back loans worth the hassle vs FHA. If I do not have 20% down payment? Higher interest & not PMI or lower interest and PMI.

Had Anyone ever done mortgages that consist of

I’m in love with a triplex that is for sale and is already fully rented. Great price, Great location, great home. At the time of closing I plan set an agreement to move only one tenant out. The leases are m2m. Any tips you guys can give?
