@Jerryll Noorden

Cool thank you !

1) So no suites no PObox

2) I can also check out non-franchise shipping store

3) Ensure I tell google I don’t have a physical store.

I have rented a virtual address it looks similar to the example you have above. I pay 110 a year to open 30 documents per month. With the ability to scan & forward.

@Jerryll Noorden

Okay thank you! I want my business to be legit. I figured I could save a few dollars. I would rather use different address so it can be ranked by google appropriately.

@Bob Prisco However he wants to sell as is. And does not want to negotiate with lowering the price.

I may buy a home with a $7k lien.

The price of the lien will be added to the purchase price. In total, the purchase price will be 30,000. This is less than value within the market, The seller wants to get rid of the home, it was inherited to him. However seller had squatters. I plan to sign an agreement of sale, then have my seller pay off the $7000 out of my pocket in order to remove the lien before I transfer the home into my LLC. Would you guys do the same ? ( By the way seller is my brother)
