I listened to a podcast the other day and unfortunately I can't remember the gentleman's name or podcast number..ugh. I have been knocking a few off each day. He was talking about retirement and that we should not contribute to 401k but to an account that I can't remember the Acronym for. It started like "eieu" I am sure I am probably way off but google is not my friend in finding it so I thought I would come back here. He also talked a lot about note buying. Anyone out there have any idea what I am trying to remember??? Help please...

Hey there! We are planning to rent my late parents house that has a well. We had the water tested and it is positive for chloroform but negative for ecoli (thank goodness). Anyway, is it hard to shock it with bleach or should I call out the well people again (haven't got quote yet) Just the testing cost us 195. Any advice is helpful!

We are getting ready to rent a house for first time here in CA. It's in county not city limits. The owner is a police officer..is there special insurance I can require of him? Thanks

I am curious to know how many people are in process or planning to get their license? I have read different views on the matter. I am leaning on getting one just so I am familiar with the process or at the least, access to MLS. Hey, you never know, maybe I will get the itch to practice :) Tammy

Hi all, how do you store your receipts? I recently renovated a house and have 30k + in receipts. Do you just keep hard copies or do you scan to some software/cloud? I want to start our rental business as organized as possible. Thanks in advance!
