Hey Mark, Depending on when you plan to pull the trigger I may be interested. Great idea! Tammy
I thought I was going crazy when all the posts were in another language on my iOS app this morning.

My father used Donna Farrow before he passed. We inherited the house in the trust and found out the house was in disrepair after the last tenants moved out. They never indicated it was as bad as it was. I was shocked at how they allowed it to get the way it was. After they couldn't rent it out after 2 months (not knowing the house was in the shape it was in at the time I understand now why it didn't rent) they sent me a letter ending our contract with something to the effect that they were trying to get away from residential PM. Obviously I knew that was a lie but decided to sell the house rather than put money into it to re-rent. I would ask for many references. I personally would not use them again.

Hey there! I live in a bordering city of Oakley. I would research the schools in that area. I believe it will be Deer Valley High which has it's own issues. Also, there is a lot of loitering in the plaza on Lone Tree in which businesses close down after school due to this. I would subscribe to eastcountytoday.net on Facebook to get an idea of what's going on in Antioch. I have to say many good people in Antioch but a lot of issues. There is actually a recall of the Mayor starting due to unresolved violence frustration. Considered one of the top violent cities in CA. Hope this helps! Tammy

Sorry if this ends up being repost but it doesn't look like my first post stuck...Hello, I am a trustee to a Family Trust where we have a house in the trust here in CA. The property taxes reflect a prop 13 tax. If we were take the house out of the trust to tap into the equity (free and clear) out then put back in trust to buy more buy and holds, would the the property taxes reset to today's market price? The house is worth approx 500k and we put 60k into house to set up to rent it out (parents were terminal so house needed total rehab) Or does someone have any other ideas for this property? The beneficiaries are grandchildren so I am not sure how this plays into the situation. Any advice is appreciated. Tammy

Would the same be true if a house is in the name of a Family Trust instead of LLC?
