@Account Closed Thank you!! As we are going through our due diligence and inspection period we are determining out total capex for interior and exterior which will include all deferred maintenance. And once we close on this we will be putting away a certain percentage of all cash flow to a "rainy day fund". Anticipating about 190-200 per unit in monthly cash flow asfter debt payback and expenses. Hope that helps! What are you up to in Orlando?

@Taylor Chiu Thank you!! Once the reposition has been completed we are anticipating to see an increase of about 250k to our valuation!

Off-market through contact database and I negotiated through the real numbers provided to us.

How did you add value to the deal?

Renovation of interior of units, add bbq pits outside with picnic tables. Raise rents, charge for parking, and some utilities.

What was the outcome?
