Hello all!

@Linval T.: Thank you for the links!

@Taylor Ballam: Thanks for the referral!

@Susan Franey-Bascom: Yes, please message me with your realtor's name.

@Alex Chin: Needing work does not scare me as long I could live in it while remodeling.
Will keep in mind on the pros and cons of using a broker vs wholesaler vs wholetailing.

@Patrick Britton:"Are you looking to purchase your primary residence and then an investment property? or the other way around? "
Purchase primary resident with intent to use the BRRR methodology.
Looking in areas of Bellevue, Newcastle and Issaquah but have not seen anything
remotely close to interesting that could be a potential upside.

Hi everyone!

My name is Sonia, currently living in California but in the process of moving back to the Pacific Northwest.

I have experience in buying several homes but purely for my and my family’s primary residence.

I am  currently trying to buy a good property for our home base. Easy access to I-90 and 405 is important. Looking in the areas of Bellevue, Newcastle and Issaquah.

Any other areas you recommend? Do you suggest contacting a wholesaler or a real estate broker?

Thanks!
