I have a realtor that i use to get me all of the comps in the area. She doesnt pull data from 8 miles away.

do a lot of research on this area before you buy in. some areas are just slow moving areas (cute enough but not great schools, etc)...

private investors. hard to find but looking at the ROI via the stock market vs. what I offer, looks pretty good to them right now.

have also worked with commercial lines (local banks) of credit to purchase but hefty downs.

our townships and schools are in the red as well. they just cant stop spending.

I AM going to call my township and have my property reassessed as is my right in Michigan. They cant value my house where it currently is because the value of my home has plummeted 57% over the last 2 years.

My husband jokingly calls me "the gov." because i apparently have a lot to say....LOL!

1- Strong National Security - Uh, its a WAR not a game of paddy cake. Torture those suckers. They arent slapping our soldiers hands when they catch them....

2- Fiscal responsibility- BEFORE they spend OUR money, maybe they should ask us how WE feel about that. (or send a tube of k-y jelly since WE won't be getting JACK from the "loans")

3- Required education at abortion centers- here is EXACTLY what YOU are about to do (no, it is not just a bunch of cells, its a baby) Once the person sees exactly what she is about to do to a life and can still go through with it, its between HER and God at that point.

4- National Guard at the borders. Let the Mexicans rise up against their own government like we had to. They can make their own change.

5- Protect our jobs

6- Global warming, global cooling? who can keep up. How about some straight answers.

7- FEWER taxes, tax breaks to companies that keep jobs in America

8- The ability to VOTE OUT a Union, just as they can be VOTED IN.

9- Frivolous lawsuits=judges with common sense. If the cup says "Hot" take it literally stupid.

10- smaller government.....

11- Less taxes and insurances "requirements" to small businesses- less government restriction on what my business can write off as an expense and why do i have to pay workman's comp on a stoner who is going to fall off someone's roof someday anyway? (see frivolous lawsuits.

too much to list....

Thats FUNNY William! My windshield is cracked TOO!

A genius who works at Lowes was trying to shove some lumber into my minivan and apparently thought that if he pushed the lumber hard enough, it would magically just go right on through my window....(even though I told him to put it through my passenger side window that was rolled down). How did yours get cracked?

You can make a phone call and request a later date. Though I dont know if the cc companies are allowing that anymore. I have done it before with no problems.

Grace periods are getting shorter and shorter.....

I guess i will cling to my guns and my religion....
