@James Rodgers Thanks! I am definitely going to have to see if I can make it to at least one of those events. Unfortunately, there isn't a meetup closer to Burlington. On the bright side, I'm pretty central so I can reasonably drive if theres a meetup in greensboro, charlotte, or raleigh. If theres anything I can do, either as a realtor or fellow investor, to help you let me know. 

I'm Sam Albert. I'm a new investor in the triad and triangle area. I have a rental property in Greensboro. I am working with a developer on building between 50-60 houses on a property I own. I've recently gotten my real estate license and I'm going to use that to help fund my investments.

My main goal is to buy and hold and eventually invest in some larger commercial properties. I would love to meet up with some like-minded  investors in the Charlotte, Raleigh, and Greensboro area and make some big things happen!!!
