Looking for the right property can feel like looking for a needle in a haystack.  But I suppose if it were too easy, everyone would do it.  If we keep going, sooner or later the property we are looking for will come up in our search.  I'm wondering what type of property will be the best investment in the coming years & what are the markets that will have the best appreciation (that are possibly undervalued now).

 This forum is great to get help & info from experienced investors, you can also attend local in person networking groups, to find them look in Bigger Pockets in the Events & Happenings page, I think this is the link:

There are a bunch of events in Nassau & Suffolk County where you can meet other investors & find out what you want to know, I post mine monthly on this forum, we are very informal, feel free to come by any time

Whether to use an LLC or umbrella policy (or both) is a common topic for debate among investors. This forum is great to get opinions & info, you can also join networking groups where people talk about these topics.
