@Travis Sperr Thank you.  You are right about finding all the right people.  Hence I was seeking help to get started.  How can I find a General Contractor?   Is there a site where I can search.  My agent does not have any GC's working for him!  

Are there are any trusted sites from where I can find local contractors?
