@Wayne Brooks I had read that Fannie Mae allows the transfer to LLC but not the part about it being a single member LLC? Do you know where to find that detail?

@Nick Barlow I think we're probably in agreement about how the money supply works but it is not individual banks, but the Fed, that is printing money.  The money has to be accounted for somewhere - be it the bank's reserves or fed funds.  If a bank has $10,000 in cash deposits and I borrow $100,000 that money comes from somewhere (an overnight loan from the Fed or another bank).

Theoretically with 0 reserve requirements a very small community bank could make that loan but wouldn't because of their risk profile.

@Jenning Y. exactly, banks have capital requirements.  I'm pretty sure my small local bank cannot make that $25 million to one individual/company.  He simplified the lending process.  It's not that easy.

I found it to be propaganda and I felt like it was a macho response to episode #489.  And there were factual inaccuracies.  Banks don't lend money "out of thin air" - see Dodd Frank.  I'm shocked that they aired this episode.  I get it that the fan boys love this guy but his indoctrination efforts are shocking.

Same here in NJ.  Inventory is non-existent and prices are the highest ever.  If you know how to swing trade stocks, that's what I've been doing.  I'll be direct marketing after the New Year but there's lots of competition there too :(
