An advertiser's requirements for note info were NCNDA & MFA

Hi Nehemias,

Up until a few hours ago I was all excited about partials, as my perception of them was shaped by the wow factor, that this is a great method of investing in notes for those like you & me who have little capital.

However after reading this , has prompted to have a  very serious rethink.

If anyone reading this has addressed all the issues in the above article? Maybe you Mr @William "W.J" Mencarow? Then please share that information. Thankyou.

@Scott Carson

I/we specifically want to learn how to get a seller's note under contract & assign it to a cash buyer. Is that something you teach via written material or one on one? Thanks.

@Scott Carson

Great!

Do you also assign them to an end buyer without having to buy them?

If both the seller & the end buyer are content with the transaction? Why would they be a fool?
