Awesome thank you Alex Deacon
Ok need some help on This one BP. Ok I have seller that can't take care of her (properties). It's three lots and with two mobile homes on two of them. I'm wholesaling this deal but she has diff deeds on the three properties. Do I need to have three different contracts on them or can I contract all three on one agreement??

@Brent Coombs Thanks for your input! Do know that I have done my due diligence and I understand what I should purchase the property for. BP was created for multiple reasons and one of those reasons being to ask questions, which is what I have done. I know that it is looking like a NO GO of a deal, but I wanted other's opinions.

If I have a house with a possible seller, the house was appraised for 72k. The owner owes 55k on house. Repairs are unknown at this time but looking like less than 10k for repairs. Is this a bad deal. I don't see any money being profitable to me or the my buyer???? Any suggestions or expertise

@Collin Smith Sorry I am late replying, but hope you had a great weekend! That is an awesome system and financial viewing. Very encouraging to see that you paid off two homes within the past 3 years! Definitely goals we would like to conquer. Thank you so much and we wish you the best as well!!! -Taryn

Hey Christian,my wife and I are doing the exact same thing for us to start our first rental portfolio. It's a great way to use the FHA loan. Just like the other guys said kind of do it secretly as long as the mortgage that lend you the loan don't know. I know it's bad thing to stay, but we won't be the first or last people to do it.
