@Bill Gulley thank you Bill for the response! Can you clear some things up for me please. What is WH short for and what would you consider WH guru junk? Is an 'option' a legal document?

@Derrick Strope

 Thank you for clearing that up for me!

I just need some clarification, thanks!

Hey guys,

I was planning on getting into wholesaling as a start by bird-dogging. I was just wondering what happens if I have a buyer ready to buy a house on contract but something goes wrong and I don't have a buyer before the contract expires? What exactly happens? What are some ways to prevent this from happening?

Thank you for the response Chuck!

One question, when you talk about big name companies and independent companies, could you give me an example for each one? To be honest I am not too familiar with RE brokerages. Would Century 21 be considered a big name?

Hey guys, any book recommendations for RE investing? Income properties, fixing and flipping, or just about getting started?

Hi guys,I am 20 years old and live in San Diego, California. I plan on getting my RE license real soon. My goals are to become a realtor and invest in income properties in my area. After I get my RE license what should I do? Go to a brokerage? Contact other RE Agents? Find a mentor? I have no experience in the field at all and I would like to know what I should do to get started. Thank You! Any response is appreciated!
