I use State Farm . Never any issues

Yes that is true . Their is a clause in your loan. From what I have read I have yet to see anybody get their Loan pulled for that reason.

Yes I have one in Ohio city. Gordon square is a good area too. You’d like to be as close as you can to w25 and north of the freeway .

Cleveland. West side . Ohio city and down Detroit . A lot of upcoming areas and Cleveland offers appealing tax abatements

Wow thanks for the info. Did not know that. The mortgage companies never had an issue when you transferred the titles over ? Also what do you recommend for the Umbrella coverage amount?

I have two rentals which were originally home owner occupied homes. They both have mortgages in my name and was considering transferring the title in a LLC for liability purposes . What does everyone recommend ? Should I leave them in personal name and put a umbrella coverage on them ?

My other concern is will this be a issue getting additional properties if mortgages are under my personal name and the properties are in llc ?
