I really think the DFW has a lot of potential.  I'm interested in buying investment real estate (single family residences) in the DFW area.  Looking to spend < $200K (ideally < $150K) in an area with decent appreciation potential but could still net me over $200 in monthly cashflow after expenses, including property management.  Anyone have any suggestions which areas I can target?

Hey all!  I was wondering if anyone has heard of a company called "Profit From Rentals" in Chicago.  Their website is www.profitfromrentals.com.   It's a turn-key real estate company that buys single-family homes and/or multi-unit properties, fixes them up, gets it leased, then sells to investors.  I was thinking of looking into buying a few of their properties.  Any positive or negative feedback would be greatly appreciated!
