Anyone heard of Profit From Rentals in Chicago

Hey all!  I was wondering if anyone has heard of a company called "Profit From Rentals" in Chicago.  Their website is www.profitfromrentals.com.   It's a turn-key real estate company that buys single-family homes and/or multi-unit properties, fixes them up, gets it leased, then sells to investors.  I was thinking of looking into buying a few of their properties.  Any positive or negative feedback would be greatly appreciated!
