Areas of Chicago for Duplexes, Triplexes, and Quads

I'd like to buy some duplexes, tris, and quads in the Chicago area and was wondering which pockets of the neighborhoods I should focus my efforts on (and which areas I should avoid).  Your help will be much appreciated!
