Wanted to know if there is a guideline on putting a value on a commercial lease? Say, I am a business leasing a location in a desirable area. My business might not be worth that much but the lease might have more value. How would I go about putting a value on the lease itself?

I am interested in the New Hampshire market for multi-family investing. Overall, are the laws landlord or more tenant friendly? Are there certain locales that are better for being a landlord from a legal perspective?

I am interested in knowing how renting to students that go to college in upstate NY is doing? Is it a profitable niche or something that should be passed on?

@Ryan Toth I am not that familiar with the Hudson valley area, but I've read the Newburgh is kind of a rough area didn't know there was a military base there. Beacon, from my understanding, is a hot area. I know some people moving out of the NYC area to Beacon and then commuting into the city.

Hi,

I wanted to know if there was a service out there that would allow me to find certain businesses that are located in specific commercial spaces? For example, find all pizzerias located in a strip mall.
