Costar so far has been really bad. Absolutely no deals and not much that is not on the MLS. They lump spread out duplexes together and sell them as higher unit multifamily. So far after 3 months not good and WAY overpriced....

Any suggestions for rent deferment/rent payment plans and what happens when leases expire.  Implications if full rent is not paid at the end of the lease and the lease is not renewed.  Can deduct some rent owed from security deposit.  But how about the effects on the tenants credit?  And I assume legal action?

Most likely making a 1 year puchase tomorrow.  Thanks
