Does anyone know of new development occurring around the Trabue Woods subdivision just south of Hilliard? I'm reviewing my strategy with my SFH property there and looking to see if there is more development than I already know of.

The Columbus market has been kickin' butt this year, but am I noticing a slow down for winter/holidays?  It seems like it.... 

Could this be a stall in Columbus' momentum, or do people just want to enjoy Thanksgiving and Christmas by not investing? Is this winter slow down similar to years' past, or is this "slow down" not as slow or slower than those of years' past?

@Travis H. Awesome! That is exactly what I'm looking for. I just purchase a SFH after buying/rehabbing a duplex in Trabue Woods, but we are SW school district, not Hilliard. I love my double in Strawberry Farms, and am looking to just repeat that. Great list!!!

I'm looking to compile a list of Columbus subdivisions that have Columbus City Taxes, but are in great school districts. For example, Strawberry Farms just south of Westerville is in Westerville school district but has Columbus taxes. 

Does anyone have a list of these subdivisions, or know one or two off hand? I know Hilliard, Dublin, and Westerville schools are all great, but is there a district I'm missing?
