Trabue Woods Area - New Development?

Does anyone know of new development occurring around the Trabue Woods subdivision just south of Hilliard? I'm reviewing my strategy with my SFH property there and looking to see if there is more development than I already know of.

Hi @Steven J. Umaña

The new mixed use metro park development by Wagenbrenner is going in just east of there.  This is the only development in that general area that I am aware of.
