Looking for recommendations for property management companies in the Columbus area.  Properties vary from $500-1500 in monthly rent per unit.

    I would recommend @Sarah Wheeler and her company. I sent a friend over there, and that friend has had nothing but amazing things to say about her experience with Panzera's property management.
