Hello Everyone!

Again sorry for the delay, but we will be meeting once again to discuss everything Real Estate and more Friday Feb 25th at 7pm at Jailbreak Brewing Company.

This will be the 3rd time we meet, and I'm impressed by the diversity of types of investors we get every time. If we keep getting so many people I'll have to start renting an event hall soon!

This event is meant to be a place where people of all levels of experience in real estate investing can come together and nerd out in a way that would normally annoy their friends and family (at least in my case haha). Last month we had people who were considering purchasing their first home. We also had experienced flippers, agents and brokers, and event a private money lender. I'm hoping that we can help each other out and exchange ideas, especially regarding the market in central Maryland.

It will be a casual no-pressure event, but feel free to bring any deal breakdowns you are considering or ones you have completed and want to share. Hope to see y'all there!

I fount this article on a multiple-hundred-million-dollar development being done over the next few years at the Lakefront District, surrounding Columbia’s Lake Kittamaqundi:

I was thinking that this might warrant a small investment or two in the area surrounding as this is one of the factors I heard to look at on the podcast.

I was just curious what are your thoughts? I already own a home around lake Elkhorn, but I was thinking that the area around downtown Columbia might appreciate a good amount in the next few years.

Hopefully they plan on adding a bit more night life to the town too.
