I am Theron and am just starting out in REI.
I’m hoping to invest in the Baltimore/DC area (favored toward DC a bit) as well as Western North Carolina. 

I’m hoping to find people to connect with here as well as in person. I’ve got tons of questions and would certainly welcome help in answering them.
