@Curtis Waters If it's illegal, I'm sure attorneys would not assign contracts. That's just bad business right. It's all in the intent that a wholesaler has. I'm not going to much into that, it's done everyday. There are plenty of people who have been investing for years and still need to learn a lot.

Hi just wanted to know if some things to be careful if when selling a pre-foreclosed property I have under contract. I have the property Up online but am getting a lot of calls from wholesalers saying they have access to funds and they want the property address. Not actual cash Buyers. Should I be careful of giving out the address? What are the main ways to differentiate between actual cash buyer and wholesaler? Thanks

Illegal to wholesale? ........That's silly. I'm in Charlotte, if it was illegal there would be no attorney willing to close the transactions. It's important not to let people stop you with their beliefs on how things work. P.S., Not all realtors are the same, some are aware of The multiple strategies of actual real estate investing.

Also wouldn't advise working overtime on your job just to pay for a bigger car payment. Let the rentals you buy pay for the car, not your time. Your relationship will probably stress also if you do work overtime.

Who is in control of finances? Do what's smart if it's not in the budget, it's not in the budget. I know she would respect you more if you make the right decision for the family. Think logically don't be emotional about it.
