Selling property under contract

Hi just wanted to know if some things to be careful if when selling a pre-foreclosed property I have under contract. I have the property Up online but am getting a lot of calls from wholesalers saying they have access to funds and they want the property address. Not actual cash Buyers. Should I be careful of giving out the address? What are the main ways to differentiate between actual cash buyer and wholesaler? Thanks
