@Nicholas Tanner You are 18! Man, I’m proud of you. If you are already thinking along those lines, someone will notice your enthusiasm and desire to get into real estate. My son works for a large landscaping company and is trying to get funds for a startup from his boss. Keep grinding!

@Zachary Schimenz

My brother and dad thought that hiring a property manager in a bad neighborhood would smooth out their investment. Everything they put up gets stolen, down to the fence! What kind of knuckle dragged steals part of your fence. The tenants are horrible and mess up the place every chance they get. If your property manager is a bite trained pit or Belgian malinois, I’d say go for it. This is my bro and pops second attempt to create utopia in hell. It seems to be a bad investment every time.

Get in there buddy. Show em what you are made of. Listen to a little Jim Rohn on the way to sell some real estate. Remember: you are money!

@Shannon Slade agree 110%. Bro-in-laws seem to always believe they are “electricians.”

@Joe Scaparra

I used to listen to Dave Ramsey, until I realized he went bankrupt due to the most idiotic investment strategy ever. If everyone listened to Dave, we’d all be broke until we were in our late 80’s. Yep he’s clueless!!

@Wayne Brooks

Thank you. Letters are the best method to get off market leads? Are there better ways to generate off market properties, besides county, city records, link source?
