I'm a Real Estate Investor. Currently planning on doing business in Chicago, IL and Surrounding areas. I'm looking for a Driven, Motivated, and Investor friendly Realtor in the area I could be working with. Our company, Crowned Peak Equity, is in need of MLS Data, and a good realtor to list our investment properties. We are looking for a realtor that would be willing to share a MLS account, or create an " assistant account", so we could do certain search for data. We are also willing to pay for search criterias, if the first option isn't possible. Please message me for my phone number, so we could talk, and maybe come up with a solution.

We are trying to find good areas " sweet spot" to invest in, and other criteria, therefore we cant invest blindly. Also to run comps on properties. Please let me know, so maybe we could partner. Or if you know someone who might be interested let me know thanks.

What is your objection with those leads? Are you calling to offer them to buy their properties? What kind of leads.. You should approach them differently based on the lead type & objection.. Use a Power Dialer to make your calls.. I recommend Call Fire, or Mojosells.. Then Use a CRM to insert those qualified leads. I recommend Podio for CRM. Then track it to do follow ups.

Hey Guys, I am trying to mainly focus on Cold Calling For my Real Estate Company.. Working on getting 2 Cold Callers to Make Calls.. But One Issue.. Finding a good Skiptracing Company for Phone Numbers.. My plan is to get data list from Listsource & Import them into a Skiptrace service.. I'm currently planning on using 2. Trying to find the best one to go with.. So far Mojosells vs Belleslink. Have any of you guys heard of one of them before? If No, which one would you recommend to get accurate phone numbers of sellers. & Yes I know about Do Not Call Registry, and actually plan to filter them out.. I haved looked into TLO & Accurint but their Approval process is very strict.. Any recommendation is welcome. Thanks
